Jennifer Myers

Jennifer’s background includes numerous years of accounting, hospitality and office management experience for several large companies. She began her Property Management career in 2006 as a Leasing Consultant for a National company. Since then, she has held the titles of Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, Property Administrator, and Transaction Coordinator for a Real Estate team. Jennifer joined Maestri-Murrell as an Accountant in February 2020.
Jennifer uses her on-site experience, organization skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge to streamline the payments for the growing property portfolio lead by our management team. Jennifer is also responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of recurring payables such as mortgages, property taxes, and insurance. She also serves as an accountant for several of the communities, reconciling bank statements and producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
