Maestri-Murrell developed Zachary Parkside Apartments from the ground up, delivering modern apartment homes with high-quality finishes, attached garages, and thoughtfully designed floor plans. Following the success of the initial phase, Maestri-Murrell completed Phase II in 2017, adding 40 units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
